Sabato 03 maggio dalle ore 18.00 sino alle 23.00 check-in presso il centro operativo sede Pro Loco Poggio Bustone secondo il seguente programma:
dalle 16:00 alle 19:30: registrazione piloti
dalle 20:00 alle 21:00 cerimonia d'inaugurazione con partecipazione delle autorità e festeggiamenti
dalle 21:30 alle 23:00: registrazione piloti
Domenica - Sabato 04 - 10/05 dalle ore 08.30 sino alle 10.30 trasporto con bus navetta dal centro operativo al decollo.
Tutti i giorni: briefing operativo e meteo in decollo alle ore 11.30
Tutti i giorni: Gara dalle ore 12.00
Tutti i giorni: consegna dichiarazione volo entro le ore 18.00
Durante la settimana sono previste due serate di intrattenimento per tutti i piloti ed organizzazione, date ed orari saranno comunicati in seguito
Martedì ore 20.30 cena per piloti e organizzazione al ristorante Due Laghi
Giovedì ore 19.30 Porchetta, Tacchino e 150 litri di vino per piloti e organizzazione presso l'atterraggio.
Sabato 10/5 consegna dichiarazione di volo entro le 17.00
Sabato 10/5 premiazioni ore 20.00 presso la Piazza Emo Battisti adiacente centro operativo in Poggio Bustone.

Avvertenze

Gli orari sono tassativi non sono accettate deroghe, salvo autorizzazioni da parte dell'organizzazione.
E' obbligatorio il parcheggio delle auto presso il centro operativo, non è consentito l'accesso al decollo con mezzi propri.

Saturday may 3rd from 4 p.m. till 11 p.m. pilot's check-in at the competition headqurter in Poggio Bustone located at the 'Pro Loco' association house accodigly to the below timetable:

from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. pilots registration
8:00 to 9:00 p.m. opening ceremony and party with the town authorities
9:30 to 11:00 p.m. pilots registration

Sunday-Saturday 4-10/05 from 08.30 till 10.30 a.m. shuttles transport to the take off from the headquarter (Pro Loco house).

Every day: briefing and meteo at the take off at 11.30 a.m.

Every day: Tasks from 12.00 a.m.

Every day: report back within 06.00 p.m.

During the week there will be two noght party for pilots and organization, dates and schedule will be timely advised

Tuesday: 20.00 Dinner party the the Due Laghi restaurant

Thursday: 19.30 BBQ and Free drinks (up to 150 liters of wine) at the landing

Saturday 10/5 report back within 05.00 p.m.

Saturday 10/5 at 08.00 p.m, prizegiving cerimony at the Emo Battisti square, near the competition headquarter.

Important information.

The timetable respect is mandatory delays or variations will have to be authorized by the organization.

The car parking is mandatory near the HQ/landing field. the access to the take off is not allowed to private vehicles.
